1970 Buick Skylark, 2 door hardtop. VIN: 444370K132151. Has the original, numbers matching, Buick 350 engine. TH350 automatic transmission. Power steering. Factory air-conditioning (does not blow cold). Included with the car is the original factory build sheet, original Protect-O-Plate, warranty book and the original owner's manual. This car is very solid and does not have any rust issues. It has been repainted in the original Diplomat Blue color. The paint is a few years old and still looks great overall but does have a few chips and scratches. The white vinyl top was replaced a couple years ago. The blue interior is in good condition. The dash pad is not cracked. The front and rear seats were reupholstered last week. All seat belts are in place. Just had a new windshield installed. Has Buick 15x7 chrome Rally wheels with new BF Goodrich tires. The engine is stock but has been upgraded with a TA Performance intake and a Q-jet 4 barrel carburetor. Selling 1970 Buick skylark. Don't exactly know how much miles. Car starts up and drives we'll never had any issues with it. Heater works, radio works, has new back seats and carpet. New exhaust. I'm selling my grandma's Buick. She bought the car in 1971 from the original owner after only six months. The car is a 71 Skylark that's always been garage kept with zero rust.

Before she passed away she gave me the car. I am selling because I no longer have a place to store it and it is too nice of a car to be parked outside. In 2008 it underwent a restoration at a friend's shop who does Restorations for a living. The car was stripped to bare metal and prepped and repainted to a black GSX. As you can see in the photos the paint job is really clean. The paint job alone cost $12,000.

The body was taken off the frame, power washed and all the body mounts were replaced. The front and rear suspension was also replaced with Moog parts. Disc brakes were added to the front. The bumpers have been re-chromed and the n25 exhaust cutouts were added. The motor is .010 over with Fel-Pro Pistons, Cleveland 77 bearings, and a Comp Cam. The heads are machine with hard seeds and the transmission is a turbo 350 that was rebuilt with a mild shift kit. The exhaust is two and a half inch mandrel bent tailpipes with Spintech mufflers.

The interior was never completely finished but is pretty decent as you can see in the pictures. The front bench, headliner and door panels have been replaced and are in good condition. Weather stripping and felt is also in good shape. The rear bench is still original green. Some minor parts are left to be finished. The original radio, matching steering wheel, Skylark emblems and air conditioning unit are included but haven't been installed.

This car has never been in an accident. Is currently registered. One of the nicest looking Buick Skylarks on the road. Without fail, this car gets compliments every time I take it out for a drive!
