Found this one being offered for sale in California, the fastest muscle car ever built, a 1972 Ford Gran Torino 4-door hardtop sedan, with V8 351 Cleveland, 2 barrel carburetor. The fully rebuilt C4 transmission is still under warranty. Rebuild the carb and tune-up, the car runs and drives great.

Full size luxury cars started disappearing in 1972 and manufacturers were building personal luxury 2-door coupes with a combination of style and performance. One of the coolest of that era was the Grand Prix and here is a rare example. This is part of the Pontiac legend and time has been kind to it. Long nose, short deck, muscle car power and modern amenities make this investment a pleasure to drive. Clean and clear title in Owner’s name.

One of the most popular colors of the seventies was gold and every manufacturer had their own version. This one is Anaconda Gold and with a light Tan vinyl top it’s a classic combination that suits this generation Grand Prix handsomely. This is a survivor/driver, so there are some cosmetic signs of age, but the paint still shows off those crisp body lines and fit and finish are very good. Factory Rally II wheels are wrapped in new Cooper Cobra Radial T/A’s.

The interior is very cockpit-like with a driver-oriented dash that sweeps around you. All the gauges are easy to read and right where you need them. Stylish and supportive Beige vinyl seats with cloth inserts, Brown dash and carpets and stylish door panels work together in fine ‘70’s fashion. Amenities include: tinted glass, power steering and brakes, tilting column, floor shifter, center console with locking compartment and armrest, factory A/C and power windows.

This time-tested, reliable and powerful 400 cubic inch V8 engine is mated to a 3-speed Turbo 400 automatic transmission. The intake, carb, and manifolds are stock, but that V8 rumble is now exiting through newer stainless dual exhaust. Power steering helps keep you pointed in the right direction and power brakes with discs in front and drums in the rear provide safe stopping power. The GP platform is stable and nicely balanced for easy maneuverability.

1972 Buick GS 350/4 Convertible. Numbers matching in burnished copper with saddle interior. This is a driver quality vehicle in very good running condition NOT A SHOW CAR - however is a real GS. A few notes:

- interior upholstery new and in very nice condition

1972 Satellite Sebring Plus (SSP) 318 Auto A/C P/B. Stored 10/20/30 plus years and continuing being in storage. It's not running currently. This opportunity is yours to own a real gem, not a long way to restore into a pristine SSP. About the mileage, either the odometer has 36k miles or 136k. SSP is almost 100% rust free, thanks to decades of being in storage by it's previous owners, including myself. Underside of car still got the factory/Dealer rust protection splatter coated underside of the car. Hands down, a very easy restorable bone stock car, a high in demand desirable classic vehicle especially for this make and model. Hot on market due to popularity of Satellites, SSP's Roadrunner and the GTX's. This car is a very beautiful Satellite Sebring Plus car, do not miss out. This is an all original, rust free, unmolested and fully restored '72 Grand Prix SJ that features a rebuilt 8-cyl. 455 cid/300hp 4bbl engine and a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. New 2 stage paint job with clear coat in Cameo White and Firefrost Gold. Redone but original interior, new vinyl top. New brakes. Suspension and steering was also rebuilt. New battery, belts and hoses. Rebuilt starter, carburetor and alternator. Original power windows & factory A/C ( A/C not currently working). Re-chromed bumpers. New dual exhaust with Flowmasters.
