Furious is finished in Blitz Black, and is covered from headlight to taillight in Caramel Gold "Watson" style flames. The flames have been painted to look worn and distressed with hand-striped Blood Red pin striping. The interior has new custom tuck and roll style seat upholstery with red piping, and the rug is new as well. The floors are rock solid under the rug. The instrument panel is stock original.

Under the hood Furious is powered by a clean, stock 6.3 liter 383 V8 with a serious ATTITUDE. In the last year we have installed new battery, plugs, wires, distributor cap, points, rotor, valve covers and gaskets, air filter, and an Edelbrock four barrel carb. Furious has dual exhausts with mellow-sounding glass packs out to the rear bumper that gives it a low, throaty rumble. All new brake shoes and one new rear brake drum gives it serious stopping power. The car has new upper and lower ball joints, a couple of new tie rod ends, and the rubber brake hoses have been changed as well.

Furious rolls on four brand new Uniroyal Tiger Paw whitewall radials, and sports new spider caps on the factory steel rims. The trunk houses the spare tire and original jack. There were a few rust areas repaired in the trunk, but overall it is solid. This was a factory undercoated car, so everything underneath still looks good.

Furious is a unique, a-typical Rat Rod: no street sign floorboards or license plate door panels. Although it's a one-of-a-kind vehicle, it is NOT a show car. It is not a frame off, Barrett Jackson restoration -- it isn't perfect, but it's a serious attention-getter with a lot of go, surprisingly reliable if your treat it right, and absolutely fun to drive.
